To make a stairwell, we use electric chopping and sawing tools. We cool the concrete saw with water. By using water, we also reduce the dust formation from sawing. In most houses, electricity and water are available, but if this is not the case in your case, we can make arrangements for this. For example, we can bring a generator. Making the hole is always possible, but sometimes steel is needed to support the floor once the hole is in it. We have an approved standard solution for this. If it concerns larger holes or unusual situations, we can do this together with a structural engineer. Contact us now for the potential.
Certainly! However, a structural calculation is not always necessary. In some cases, the VVE or the municipality requires a structural calculation. We have a permanent structural engineer with whom we work. The structural calculation is often received within a week.
