We had two openings made and a number of holes drilled; everything was executed perfectly! Sjoerd and Jim came to take measurements beforehand to determine what would be needed for one of the openings, after which we received a competitive quote. Very shortly afterwards, they were able to get started on carrying out the changes, which were all done beautifully. Furthermore, all the employees are equally communicative, friendly, and proactive. Definitely recommended.

Top-notch company. Last September, they broke through a load-bearing wall and an exterior wall for us. They were proactive during the preparation (including consultation with an external structural engineer), but also afterwards regarding the best solution for insulating a particularly tight cavity. But most importantly: focused on a beautiful result (spending an hour mixing joint mortar until the right shade of yellow was found).

A hole was cut in our concrete extension for a 4-by-1-meter skylight. The hole was cut yesterday. Today, Mark and Jeffrey, along with Van Til, the crane operator, ensured the concrete slab was removed from the roof. Excellent work.

I would like to sincerely thank Dorus and Jim for taking out our project and went beyond our expectations. From the very beginning, the project planning and cost indication have been very clear with Dorus. He is also very responsive. We asked multiple companies for quotations, none of them are so transparent with pricing and proactive in planning. It only gets better. After our project started, Jim and his team work not only hard but also very professional and really think of solutions with us whenever there is a small unexpected issue. It is finished neatly and we are very happy with the end result! Overall if you are looking to change structures of your house, I cannot recommend DeBetonhoorders more!

I highly recommend this company. I'm very happy with the hole in the first floor for a fixed staircase. The work was neat and the guys who came to fix it were friendly. Of course, there's a lot of dust, but a large portion was removed. They even saved the wallpaper, which my wife was very happy about, I was less so. The service on the phone was also excellent and friendly.

Removed a wall to install sliding doors. It was a smaller job than initially estimated. Very happy with the result. Neat work.
