Monoblock air conditioning installation
Installing a monoblock air conditioner can be quite a job. It is not extremely complicated, but there are a number of points to take into account. If you find the installation too exciting, we will gladly take over the installation for you. We have a lot of experience in installing multiple brands of monoblocks. This way you can be sure that the installation will go well.
How do we install your monoblock air conditioning?
We mark out the holes with our own wooden templates. We have these for several brands of air conditioners. This allows us to always mark out the holes properly level, so that the air conditioner hangs exactly straight. Then we will attach a tripod to the wall, from which we can drill the holes in a draining manner. This prevents rainwater from seeping in. It is important that the holes are drilled at the same angle. If this is not done properly, it is very noticeable because of the difference in height of the grilles. This is especially visible with bricks with joints. Our equipment is designed to do this neatly and precisely. Our installers can mount the grilles at any height, even without scaffolding.
Drilling holes monoblock
For most monoblocks we drill two holes with a diameter between 160 and 200 millimeters. In stone walls we always drill dust extraction to limit the nuisance. For concrete walls we drill with water-cooled drills. We can do this very neatly in inhabited situations. We have a perfectly fitting extraction ring and the most powerful water vacuums for all these sizes. We also have a standard plaster runner with us for these installations to protect the wall and floor under the holes.
Condensation water drain
In addition to the large holes in the air conditioner, a drain can often be drilled for the condensation water. This is optional for most air conditioners. We do recommend having this drain drilled. When it is very humid outside, the air conditioner can extract up to 15 liters of moisture per day from the air. By drilling this hole, you no longer have to worry about the air conditioner's reservoir. This is always included in the total price.
One or two person installations
The Monoblock air conditioner is mounted on the wall using a bracket. The installers can hang the brackets on all types of walls. In order not to damage the air conditioner, hanging the air conditioner in place is a job for two people. We can completely relieve you of this, or we can hang the air conditioner with your help.

For the standard installations of the Innova air conditioners on the wall we ask an amount of €423,50 including VAT in stone walls, and €544,50 including VAT for installations in concrete walls. The price for installations with roof penetrations depends on the situation. For this and other special installations we will gladly make a free quote for you. Request this directly!
The demand for air conditioners is of course quite seasonal. However, we try to keep enough manpower to install as quickly as possible.
