Professional air conditioning installation without outdoor unit (Innova Monoblock installations)
In addition to our concrete work, we also supply and install air conditioners without an outside unit. The so-called Monoblock air conditioners. For this we use the whisper-quiet air conditioners of the brand Innova. We can completely relieve you of the supply and installation of the air conditioners. Here you will find our range. We can mount these air conditioners on all vertical walls, both concrete and brick walls.
More complex installations
We can also help you with more complex installations. For example, installations through an inclined roof with roof tiles. If there is no possibility in your situation to drill holes to the outside, the Innova H2O may be a good solution for you. This air conditioning/heat pump is connected to the water network. As a result, no holes to the outside are required.

Installing air conditioning in an existing home
The horizontal air conditioners from Innova are 55 cm high and 101 cm wide, the vertical ones are 140 cm high and 50 cm wide. The space that must be available on the wall will therefore have to be a little larger. The air conditioners must also be at least 6 cm horizontally away from the wall, and 12 cm from the floor or ceiling.
Finishing the installation
With the exception of the Innova H2O, the air conditioners must be hung on the outside wall. We will therefore drill two holes of 16 cm diameter through the wall during the installation. We will finish these with steel grilles. An example of this can be seen in the photos below.
Condensation water drain
Optionally, we can also lead the condensation water drain outside with an extra hole. We do not charge any extra costs for this. Installation of the air conditioning, including mounting of the grilles, is possible on every floor. We always work with dust and water extraction, and always leave everything tidy.
Monoblock installation roof tiles / more complex installations
We can also carry out more complex installations for you, such as installations with a roof duct through roof tiles. We are happy to think along with you and see these installations as a fun challenge in our work. If you have any questions about this, our team is ready for you!
Costs of monoblock installation
For the standard installations of the Innova air conditioners on the wall, we charge an amount of €423,50 including VAT in stone walls, and €544,50 including VAT for installations in concrete walls. The price for installations with roof penetrations depends on the situation. We are happy to help you with this and other special installations. The demand for air conditioners is of course quite seasonal. However, we try to keep enough manpower to install as quickly as possible. As a result, we usually manage to install the air conditioner within 10 days after confirmation of the quote. If you would like to receive more information, then ask a professional!
